HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The Shop Forward gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.

If you don't love your purchase, you can return within 30 days of your purchase date for a a refund back onto your original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all return postage. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear.

Please include your name, email address & order number with your return.

Last but not least: Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you'll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.
